Our tube diffusers are designed for maximum integral strength at a minimum of positive or negative buoyancy. SSI offers a variety of lengths and configurations in both open-ended and closed-ended models. Our standard tubular membrane perforation is 2mm compared to discs at 1mm. Special perforation patterns and sizes are available by special request on all SSI diffuser membranes.

Our standard nominal tube diffuser lengths range from 12" (300mm) to 39" (1000mm). We offer two standard connection methods 3/4" MNPT stainless steel nipple or glue-in PVC stub and other connections are available by special request. However, we recommend the super saddle connection for all nominal tube lengths greater than 36" (900mm).
